Each Sunshine Mood piece is made specifically for your order before shipping.

How do Sunshine Mood garments fit?
Our garments have a relaxed, premium fit. Because sizing preferences vary, we recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering.
For a a oversized fit/look, consider sizing up. For a closer fit, choose your usual size based on the measurements provided.
How do I wash & care for my garment?
To help preserve the artwork, fabric, and garment-dyed finish, wash cold and inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible.
Do not iron directly over printed artwork.

What is The Sunshine Mood Quality Guarantee?
At Sunshine Mood, we treat every single garment as a dedicated work of art. We operate strictly as a limited-run, custom-made-to-order studio.
Your specific piece is engineered, printed, and quality-checked explicitly for you the moment your order is placed.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Sunshine Mood piece. If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or physical damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right.
To submit a claim:
- The Timeline: Email us at hello@sunshinemood.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send the Details: Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We'll Make It Right: Once the issue is verified, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, in accordance with our policy.
Can I return or exchange my shirt if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
To maintain our sustainable, made-to-order production model and eliminate waste, we do not accept traditional returns or refunds for a "change of heart" or customer sizing errors.
We strongly encourage you to review our detailed Sizing Chart on the product page before finalizing your purchase.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Because each Sunshine Mood piece is custom-made to order, our automated production pipeline moves incredibly fast to get your wearable art into your hands. However, we understand that sizing mistakes happen.
To protect your peace of mind and maximize your satisfaction, we implement a strict 24-hour grace window from the exact timestamp of your purchase. During these first 24 hours, our studio holds your order before it enters physical production.
If you catch a mistake, you must follow this exact protocol immediately:
- The Action: Email our support team at hello@sunshinemood.com.
- The Subject Line: You must format your subject line exactly as: ORDER CHANGE - [Your Order Number]
- The Details: Clearly state the exact modification you need (e.g., "Change size from Medium to Large").
Important Operational Boundaries:
While we promise to try our absolute best to intercept your order and apply your requested changes during this 24-hour window, this is a courtesy effort and not an absolute guarantee. Once our production team transmits the order data to the printing press, the garment is locked into production, and changes become physically impossible.
We do not offer modifications & changes, for any requests submitted after this 24-hour window has closed.
