At Sunshine Mood, we treat every piece as a work of art. Because our apparel is custom-made specifically for your order, we operate as a limited-run studio. The Sunshine Mood Promise (Defective or Damaged Items) We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage (including print lifting or significant fading within the first 14 days), we will make it right.
- Contact us by emailing hello@sunshinemood.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Attach Photos: Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
- Your Choice: For verified defects, we offer a 100% Free Replacement (our priority to get the art in your hands) or a Full Refund to your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges (Size & Preference)
To maintain our sustainable "made-to-order" model, we do not currently accept returns for "change of heart" or sizing errors.
- Store Credit: If you are unhappy with your fit, please reach out. At our discretion, we may offer Store Credit to help you get into a piece you love.
- Condition: For any exchange/credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
